    The space can be hired out for half day, full day or evenings.

    Full day £695 (07.30 - 17.30)

    Half day £495 (07.30 - 12.30 or 1pm - 6pm)

    Evening £250 (18.00 - 21.00)

    The podcast room will be available in the evenings only.

    £80 per hour, 2 hours minimum (18.30 - 21.30).

FAQs

What happens in case of natural disasters or unforeseen events?

If an unexpected event (e.g., floods, pandemics) occurs, we are not responsible for delays or cancellations. We will try to reschedule your booking or offer a credit for future use, but refunds will not be provided.

Are there noise restrictions?

Yes, noise levels must be kept reasonable to avoid disturbing others. If noise becomes excessive, we may end your booking.

What happens if I break the rules?

If you violate any of these terms, we reserve the right to cancel your booking immediately without a refund. You will also be responsible for any additional costs incurred.

How do I book the space, and when is payment required?

All bookings must be made in advance, and availability is not guaranteed until confirmed. Full payment is required to secure your booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel more than 8 weeks before your event, you’ll receive a 50% refund. If you cancel within 8 weeks of your event, payments are non-refundable.

Can I change the number of attendees after booking?

You must provide the exact number of attendees at least [insert time frame, e.g., 48 hours] before your event. If you bring more people than agreed, we may turn extra guests away or end the booking.

What happens if I damage the space or equipment?

You are liable for any damage to the property, furniture, or tech equipment during your booking. Costs for repairs or replacements will be charged, failure to do so will result in us contacting our legal team.

Are there any restrictions on how I can use the space?

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

What are the cleaning and waste disposal rules?

You must leave the space clean and tidy. If the space is left unclean, a £100 emergency cleaning fee will apply. You are responsible for your waste, and any excess rubbish must be removed and disposed of by you.
