1. Booking and Payment**
1.1. All bookings need to be made in advance, and availability isn’t guaranteed until confirmed.
1.2. To secure your booking, Full payment is required.
1.3. **Cancellation Policy:**
- If you cancel **more than 8 weeks before** your event, a 50% refund will be offered.
- If you cancel **within 8 weeks** of your event, monies are **non-refundable**.
1.4. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if we are given miss information ‘ IE ‘ more numbers than agreed due to insurance breech.
1.5. **Respect the Space and Let Us Know Your Numbers:**
- Stick to the areas you’ve booked—don’t wander into other parts of the property unless we’ve agreed in advance.
- Tell us the **exact number of attendees** at least [insert time frame, e.g., 48 hours] before your event. This helps us keep things safe and comfortable for everyone.
- If you bring more people than agreed, we may turn extra guests away or end the booking.
- You’re responsible for making sure everyone follows these rules.
2. Using the Space**
2.1. Use the Shropshire Business Suite only for what you’ve booked it for (e.g., events, meetings, or podcasts). Strictly no parties!
2.2. You’re responsible for the behaviour of everyone in your group during your booking.
2.3. Don’t use the space for anything illegal or inappropriate.
3. Damage to Property and Tech**
3.1. Any damaged items during your booking (e.g., furniture, equipment, or tech), you will be liable to cover the costs of repairs or replacement.
3.2. If you damage any of our tech (like microphones, cameras, or sound systems), you’ll need to pay for repairs or replacements.
3.3. The area will be checked also the equipment before and after your booking to note any damage.
4. Cleaning and Waste**
4.1. Leave the space as you found it—clean and tidy. This includes floors, surfaces, and any equipment you’ve used.
4.2. If the space is left unclean, we’ll charge an emergency cleaning fee of [£100].
4.3. **Waste Management:**
- You’re responsible for your rubbish. We’ll provide bins for up to **two standard bin bags**.
- If you have more waste than that, you’ll need to take it away and dispose of it yourself.
- Make sure all rubbish is bagged and sealed to avoid spills or smells.
- If you leave extra waste behind, we’ll charge a disposal fee of [insert fee amount], and you’ll need to arrange its removal.
5. Natural Disasters and Unforeseen Events**
5.1. If something unexpected happens (like floods, earthquakes, or pandemics), we’re not responsible for delays or cancellations.
5.2. In these cases, we’ll do our best to reschedule your booking or offer a credit for future use. Refunds won’t be given.
6. Liability and Insurance**
6.1. We’re not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to you, your guests, or your belongings during your booking.
6.2. We recommend you get your own insurance to cover any risks.
6.3. We’re not liable for any tech issues or interruptions during your event.
7. Noise Levels**
7.1. Keep noise at a reasonable level so you don’t disturb others nearby.
7.2. If things get too loud, we may have to end your booking.
8. Rules and Regulations**
8.1. Follow all laws, health and safety rules, and our guidelines while using the space.
8.2. Strictly No smoking or vaping inside the premises.
9. Ending Your Booking**
9.1. If you break these rules, we reserve the right to cancel your booking immediately.
9.2. In this case, you won’t get a refund, and you’ll need to cover any extra costs.
10. Changes to These Terms**
10.1. We might update these terms from time to time.
10.2. If we do, we’ll let you know in writing, and the changes will apply to future bookings.
